Jaret Brietstein, co-owner, is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist. He left his position as a stock broker and mortgage broker to begin a new career as a Senior Move Manager. His personal experience over the last five years working very closely with hundreds of Seniors brings compassion, caring, integrity and has even been “adopted” as a grandson by many people he has moved. He will be the contact person you will speak to including the senior, adult child and all family members. He was asked by an Executive Director of two Assisted Living Communities to move 27 rooms. The community was turning one of the buildings into a Memory Care unit in one suburb and the other to a totally Assisted Living Community in another suburb. Some Seniors moved from the assisted to the Memory Care and some had to be moved from assisted to the new assisted building. All clients belongings were boxed, shrink wrapped, labeled, unpacked and settled before the Senior walked into their new home within the day. This task was done efficiently and smoothly in a few day period. Jaret is there to hold your hand from the beginning to the end no matter how large or how small the job may be.
Barbara Brietstein, co-owner, of Bright Transitions and a self-proclaimed “caretaker” owned her own Event and Design Company in South Florida for 20 years. She retired her business and her career to take care of her parents needs. She moved them from their condominium to independent living, then to assisted and moved her mother to an Alzheimer’s residence all in a period of a year, in between all the hospitalizations. Based on this experience, and as a member of the “ Sandwich ” generation, she recognized the unmet need for these moving services in South Florida. With her professional training of organizing events and making every event special, she brought this expertise to Bright Transitions. She and her son Jaret, are “ Family moving Families”.
We move the transition process along to keep the project on schedule. We do it in a very short period of time as to not upset the Senior or overwhelm them at this very stressful time. Most importantly, you’ll be sure the job is done efficiently and affordably but always with respect and compassion.
