After a downsizing or right sizing sometimes there are more items to get rid of then what the resident is allowed to throw away at the condo. Sometimes a garbage pickup might not come for days after a home is sold and there is a need for a total cleanout. That is when our other company, Bright Start Movers will come in and remove all the unwanted items that cannot be removed on the premises. Any belongings that can be sold we can bring in vendors who specialize in those items at no charge to the client. Other items will go to charity, while the leftovers might need to go to a dump.

If the client desires, a cleaning service can come in, for an extra charge, and wash down all kitchen cabinets, appliances, drawers, closets, sliding glass door tracks, windows, bathrooms, window sills to leave the home clean and fresh.
